Our lead provider, Sasha-Gaye Joachim is an advanced practice provider, board-certified in Family Health with over 15 years of experience. Her clinical expertise includes extensive management of complex chronic conditions, with a focus on acute care, urgent care, and medical weight management. This diverse experience allows her to deliver evidence-based care tailored approach to each patient’s unique health needs.
